There must be a willingness on the part of the one who leads, to build consensus by collaborating and cooperating with those who follow, insofar as this is possible.
Affable
A Leader that does not like people will be as successful as a teacher that does not like pupils.
Admirable
A Leader ought to inspire – not infuriate.
